• It quickly gained popularity among brewers due to its intense aroma and versatility.
• Azacca® has a high alpha acid content, which means it can be used for bittering as well as aroma.
• With intense aromas, it offers punchy tropical notes with a well balanced citrus profile.

Brewing Applications

US Azacca® hops are often used in American-style IPAs, pale ales, and other hop-forward beers. However, it is most commonly used for late additions and dry hopping to maximize its tropical fruit and citrus aromas.
