Bitter Gold BC T90 Pellets

Canadian Grown Bitter Gold Hops - T90 Pellets

A new Topp's Homegrown varietal release for 2025.

• A USDA-developed variety released in 1999, with lineage that includes Brewer’s Gold and Comet.
• As a bittering addition there is minimal aroma, creating a crisp, clean base.
• As a late addition, a refreshing, fruit-forward character and herbal backbone is exposed.
• The bright and expressive oil profile has made it a favourite among brewers exploring more dynamic hop character.

Brewing Applications

Canadian Grown Bitter Gold hops are a perfect choice for Pale Ales, Lagers, Pilsners, Golden Ales, and more. This variety adapts to both hop-forward and balanced styles with ease, dislaying a fruit-foward, herbal character.
