Canadian Grown Chinook Hops - T90 Pellets

Developed by the USDA breeding program in Washington State in 1985, Chinook hops were initially bred for their bittering qualities. They have since evolved into a versatile, dual-purpose hop suitable for a wide range of styles.

• Chinook hops offer noticeable grassy and tropical notes in both flavor and aroma.
• They deliver a bright grapefruit flavor and a hint of spice that enhance their clean bitterness.

Brewing Applications

Use Canadian Grown Chinook hops at any stage of the boil. They are excellent for American-style Pale Ales and IPAs, and they also work well in seasonal ales, barley wines, and some porters and stouts.
