EU Styrian Golding Hops - T90 Pellets

• Named after the Slovenian river and mountain range along the Austro-Slovenian border, Styrian Golding is also known as Savinja Golding, Sannthaler and Celeia.
• They feature a pleasant herbal and floral aroma with a hint of grapefruit, more prominent than in other Slovenian hops.

Brewing Applications

With its low alpha acids, EU Styrian Golding Hops are best used in late boil additions and is often combined with higher alpha hops for the initial stages. It is ideal for various beer styles, including lagers, English bitters, ales, Belgian ales, and dry-hopped UK ales.
