Canadian Grown Mittelfrüh Hops - T90 Pellets

A new Topp's Hops Homegrown varietal offering for 2026.

  • Traditional noble aroma that is a favourite for many German styles.
  • Grown in Canada along the same parallel, in incredibly similar growing conditions, this is a great supplement or replacement for your German Mittelfrüh.

Brewing Applications:

Mittelfrüh is best used as an aroma hop in German lagers, Kölsch, Altbier, and other continental styles, especially in late‑boil, whirlpool, and dry‑hop additions where its subtle noble character shines.
