Willamette BC T90 Pellets

Canadian Grown Willamette Hops - T90 Pellets

• Willamette hops, another Topp's Homegrown variety, stand as a testament to the rich brewing heritage of the Pacific Northwest.
• Named after the Willamette Valley where they were first cultivated, these hops are cherished for their versatility and the enduring role they play in creating well-balanced and flavourful beers.

Brewing Applications

Canadian Grown Willamette hops offer a mild and pleasant aroma profile, featuring woody, herbal, and spicy notes. From traditional English ales to American-style pale ales and porters, Willamette hops provide a reliable and classic hop presence. With a moderate alpha acid content, they are often used for both bittering and aroma, adding a timeless and approachable quality to the brew.
