Brewing Applications

US Willamette hops offer a mild and pleasant aroma profile, featuring earthy, herbal, and lightly spicy notes. With a subtle floral undertone, they contribute a delicate touch to the overall fragrance. Brewed for their aromatic finesse rather than intense bitterness, this variety is often chosen for traditional ales, porters, and stouts. The mild nature of their aroma makes them a versatile option for both bittering and late-stage additions, providing a reliable and classic hop presence.
